Lifestyle channel and UBA subsidiary, REDTV, has announced that it will sponsor the second edition of the African International Horror Film Festival.
The three-day event held at Alliance Francaise, Ikoyi, Lagos, and Freedom Park. It featured panel discussions and workshop.
These sections of the event dwelled on how culture drives African horror stories. It also centred on ways to create sustainable opportunities in the movie industry and marketing strategies for independent filmmakers.
Bola Atta, the Head of Corporate Communications for UBA, at the festival said, , “At UBA and REDTV, we have a passion to support and create the kind of content that will not only entertain and educate our viewers but will also give players the ability to become the best version of themselves.”
REDTV has produced movies such as Our Best Friend’s wedding, Hotel Boutique, Unintentional, etc.
