Portable, popularly known for the song ZaZoo Zehh is now off the nomination list for the Headies Awards 2022.
Headies shared the news on HipTv’s Twitter handle yesterday.
The removal followed his claim that he founded the one million boys gang that victimized Lagos during the lockdown.
This means he would not stand a chance to win either or both the Rookie of the Year and Best Street HipHop Artist Award(s).
On noticing that his statement had gained much circulation and criticism, he disproved the claim.
Recall that Portable also claimed he would kill anyone who got the awards for the categories he was nominated for in the Headies Award.
Portable is currently undergoing a Police investigation.
