MTV Shuga is back after years of break. Ted Abudu and Isioma Osaje’s production company called 1 Pod Pictures will be producing the next season of MTV Shuga – MTV Shuga Naija Season 5.
The last season of MTV Shuga Season 4 was directed by Tope Oshin. It featured characters such as Timini Egbuson, Adebukola Oladipupo, Omawunmi Dada, Tobu Bakre, Chinaza Akubueze, and Sharon Jatto.
Adesuwa Etomi Wellington, Tomiwa Tegbe, and Sharon Jatto will be reprising their roles in this new season. The writers of the new season include Chiemeka Osuagwu, Tamara Aihie, Fatimah Binta Gimsay, and Sonia Irabor. The writer’s room will be headed by Kemi Adesoye.
Following this new announcement, MTV Shuga calls on acting hopefuls to audition for certain roles in the drama series.
